Career Kickstart - Exploring your future
This workshop offers your students meaningful work experience as well as the chance to improve their career readiness skills, learn workplace behaviours and practice mock interviews, application exercises and assessment centre tasks.
What's involved?
This workshop gives students the chance to explore their skills, interests, and values while learning about workplace behaviours and essential employability skills. Designed to help students start making informed choices about their next steps, the session also introduces them to the many exciting pathways into rail and the wider world of work.
Who's this suitable for?
This programme is aimed at students in Years 10 and 11 (S3, S4)
Please note that at least 50% of the students attending the workshop need to identify as female.
