TCS London Marathon 2027
Good luck to our 2027 TCS London Marathon runners.
We have nine runners representing The Talent Foundry at the 2027 TCS London Marathon!
Our team is connected by the belief that talent is everywhere, but access to opportunity is not equal. Our runners are putting the miles in to ensure that every young person can access meaningful opportunities.
Building a fairer future is at the heart of why they’re taking on the TCS London Marathon. Good luck to Amy, Brian, Keziah, Reena, Kieran, Olivia, Sophia, Meral and Ed.
Introducing our runners:
Amy, Marketing and Communications Manager at Reds10. She's running to deepen her company’s partnership and alignment with our mission and to support under-served young people.
Brian, Senior FX Quantitative Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and run leader at Tadworth AC, is running to help open doors for young people whose potential deserves to be noticed. A mentor helped him believe in his potential and changed his life, and he wants to give back.
Keziah, Campaign Executive at ICAEW. She believes that young people need to see people they can relate to succeeding and be given the encouragement to believe that they can, too.
Reena, Head of AI Search and Discoverability at SAS Software, is running to help young people discover their potential, build skills for the future and believe in what they can achieve.
Kieran, PE Teacher and Careers Lead at St Edward's Church of England Academy, is running not just because it makes him feel good, but because he wants to build a future where talent, ambition and hard work, not background, determine a young person’s path.
Olivia, Programme Support Officer at The Talent Foundry. She's running to create a fairer, more equal society and believes that every young person deserves the chance to thrive, irrespective of their background.
Sophia, Senior Product Manager at SAS UK. She's joining the team, supporting our vision of building a fairer future and inspired by her love for running.
Meral, Senior Manager at EY, believes that every young person deserves to be seen and heard, and to have the chance to recognise their potential and access opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
Ed, Senior Project Manager at McLaren Construction Group. He has taken on two of our annual cycle challenges in the past and is running to deepen his connection with our vision and support the impact we have on young people.

My marathon days are over, but I do know exactly how it feels to train and run the iconic London Marathon event. That moment you cross the finish line at Pall Mall after 26.2 miles, makes the long-training runs, ice baths and foam rolling all worth it.
What makes that feeling even more satisfying is that you’ve taken on the challenge to help other people. Every £1 you raise will be helping to spark ambition and unlock opportunity for young people in the UK that are without the support and guidance to secure a positive future.

Milan to Bologna 2026 Cycle Challenge
The Prague to Munich cycle challenge 2025 team. Challenge sponsored by Morgan Sindall and Willmott Dixon.
We're seeking adventurers who are ready to challenge themselves by cycling 260 miles over 3 days from Milan to Bologna from 25 - 27 September 2026.
This will be our seventh cycle challenge. Over the years, we cycled from Blackpool to Paris, Carlisle to Newcastle, across the southern coast of France, along the Danube from Vienna to Budapest, and from Copenhagen to Berlin, battling headwinds. In 2025, a team of 30 riders cycled from Prague to Munich, climbing more than 15,000 feet of elevation, and fundraising more than £62,000 for under-served young people.

This was a very well organised event, with excellent support, great people. It was a pleasure to support the good work this charity is doing to help kids with employment options.
Manchester to Blackpool 2026 Cycle Challenge

Following the success of the 2025 London to Brighton Cycle Challenge, proudly sponsored by Morgan Sindall Construction, we are delighted to announce our next UK cycle challenge from Manchester to Blackpool on 8 May 2026.
This year’s event offers two exciting routes to suit all abilities - a beginner-friendly 45-mile route and an 87-mile expert route that winds through the stunning Lancashire hills. Both routes will culminate at the iconic Blackpool Tower, where riders will celebrate their shared commitment to creating brighter futures for young people from under-served communities.

Together, these leading industry partners are championing equal opportunities and inspiring the next generation through education and collaboration.
