Award-winning partnerships that create lasting impact
When partners unite based on a shared passion for creating change and building a fairer future, the results speak for themselves. By combining strong partnerships with our delivery expertise and school network, we create programmes that are recognised across the charity, business and social enterprise sectors.
In 2026, we won Gold at the Third Sector Charity Business Awards for our Future Workforce programme with Dell Technologies (Telecoms and Technology) and for our KPMG Opening Doors to Opportunities programme (Partnership with a Professional Services Firm). We have been named in the NatWest Top 100 Social Enterprises yearly since 2023, recognising our role as a purpose-led organisation creating measurable social value.
In 2025, our rail industry collaboration received Gold at the Corporate Engagement Awards for Best Collaborative Approach. Long-standing programmes including Barclays LifeSkills, KPMG Opening Doors to Opportunities, and Rise, championed by ICAEW, have also been recognised for their contribution to opportunity, social mobility and corporate volunteering.
Our partners and volunteers have been celebrated individually, including Dell Technologies’ Dan Merritt, who was named Volunteer of the Year at the 2025 Third Sector Charity Awards.
These awards reflect the strength of what we can achieve with employers: strategic, collaborative partnerships designed to make a tangible difference for young people, businesses and society.
