Investment Challenge
This free programme, launching in the 25/26 academic year, introduces students to key financial concepts as they take on the role of fund managers, making real-world investment decisions while building teamwork, critical thinking, and financial literacy.
What's involved?
This half-day workshop brings financial education to life in a fun and exciting way. The session combines an interactive introduction to investing with a competitive trading game. Students work in teams to buy shares in response to market news, developing teamwork, quick thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
By building an understanding of saving and investing and the factors that influence financial decisions, students gain the confidence and skills to take greater control of their financial futures.
Who's this suitable for?
This programme is available to students in Year 10 - 12 or S3 - S4 in Scotland
