We’re excited to share that we recently celebrated two major wins at the Third Sector Business Charity Awards 2026. These achievements recognise the impact of our partnerships in opening doors for young people from under-served areas, sparking ambition and unlocking opportunity.

Our Future Workforce programme, delivered in partnership with Dell Technologies, was awarded in the Telecoms & Technology category. Built on a shared commitment to supporting young people from under-served backgrounds, the programme equips students with the skills, confidence and networks needed to succeed in today’s workplace.

Since launching in 2013, Future Workforce has reached more than 60,000 students, powered by the dedication of Dell Technologies volunteers and partner organisations. This year also saw record-breaking fundraising achievements, with an astonishing team of volunteers from Dell Technologies taking on the Management Challenge and a trek to Everest Base Camp, raising an incredible £155,000+ to support our vision of building a fairer future for all.

We were also thrilled to see our Opening Doors to Opportunities programme, delivered in partnership with KPMG UK, recognised in the Charity Partnership – Professional Services category. This marks our second time being shortlisted and highlights the strength and continued impact of this partnership between the professional services sector and a UK charity. Through our programmes alone, more than 5,000 young people each year benefit from world-of-work visits hosted at KPMG offices across the UK.

The programme is all about creating meaningful pathways into employment, and its success is best illustrated through the powerful stories of young people like Kelise, a 2024 participant who is now an apprentice at KPMG. Her journey is a brilliant example of what happens when talent meets opportunity.

We're also proud to share that The Talent Foundry Cycle Challenge was shortlisted in the Consortium Award category. Created in 2019, the consortium unites companies around a shared commitment to making education the best it can be for young people living in under-served communities and has seen over £250,000 raised since its inception.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported these partnerships and contributed to their success, enabling us to connect young people to the world of work and empower them to make informed decisions about their futures.
