M&G plc Finance Unlocked: The M&G Experience
This multi-part programme is designed specifically for students who are serious about starting a career in finance, regardless of whether that is through an apprenticeship, a finance-related course at university, or a finance role straight after school.

What's involved?
Students participate in four in-person workshops at M&G plc’s premier London office, learning about M&G plc and the wide range of careers available in the finance industry.
They will discover the different pathways into the sector, including apprenticeship and graduate programmes, and build the tools needed to succeed in the recruitment process to confidently secure a role in the financial services sector.
Students will also have opportunities to network with M&G apprentices, graduates, and employees to gain first-hand insights into the industry. Coaching and personalised application support is available for students interested in applying for an M&G apprenticeship.
Please note, students must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for the programme:
- Eligible for Pupil Premium or free school meals prior to or during sixth form
- Current recipient of sixth-form bursary
- Care experienced
- Young carer
- First generation in your family to attend university
Due to the competitive nature of this opportunity and the carefully considered selection process please also note that we may require applicants to undergo a short interview to assess suitability before joining the programme.

This programme is delivered in-person at M&G plc's premier London office.
